Roasted Jalapeno Crabcakes

I used coconut flour and flax seeds to bind ’em so they’re gluten-free too!

Funny story. While making these crabcakes, I reached up to brush aside a stray hair from my eyes, realised I had jalapeno juice on my fingers and had just enough time to shriek before the terrible, terrible burning began.
