I’m serious. This is the season of love, giving, family, charity and peace. It’s not the season of “Damn, my pants are too tight”.
The eating habits you establish throughout the year are the ones that have the most impact on your waistline. One week, even two weeks, of eating more than normal will not suddenly make you obese or ruin your fitness goals.
It’s the daily grind, the habits you form day in and day out, that make the difference…and these are habits that you’ll pick up again in January.
